Pedestrian plugs for NAL retention sockets
NAL retention sockets are designed for long-term flexibility. Every socket comes with a pedestrian plug, allowing the foundation to be safely reinstated if the asset is removed and the socket becomes temporarily vacant.
During installation, the plug is removed to allow the bollard, sign, or street furniture asset to be installed. It can then be stored within the side chamber for easy access on future use.
When retained and reinstated correctly, the plug preserves the integrity, safety, and reusability of the foundation.
