During installation, the drop kerb wedge is fitted to the top of the retention socket, aligning the socket head horizontally while matching the gradient of the surrounding surface. This ensures that the installed street furniture remains perfectly vertical, regardless of ground slope.
The drop kerb wedge can be installed as a first-fit solution or retrofitted to existing sockets, supporting both new and upgrade projects without removal of street furniture. This preserves the integrity, safety, and vertical alignment of the installation on any surface.
